What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as seen below. We also accept PayPal.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

All light kits are dispatched from our UK warehouse and should be with you the next working day. Our larger display cases come directly from a manufacturer so they take a little longer - up to 10 working days.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund. Please note that the item must be in its original condition with tags attached.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this as an option at the moment! 

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please contact us for assistance.

 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we may not be able to make changes. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
