Below are the details of our shipping policy.

Processing Time
All orders are processed the next business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day (Mon-Fri).

Over £40	FREE	Express Shipping (1-2 working days)*

*Exception: Large Display Cases are shipped directly from a manufacturer and can take up to 10 working days to arrive. This is noted on the product page and it will also be noted before purchase in the basket. 

Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the UK.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

International Shipping
Currently we only ship to the UK and do not offer international shipping.

Delays
Please note that delivery times may be subject to delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, etc.). Also, delivery may take longer during busy periods such as holiday seasons. 

Lost or Damaged Packages / Contact Information
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us. We'll work to resolve the issue promptly.
